The Catch Fishing Report - Labor Day 2006

Greetings Angler,

We here at The Streaming Fish LLC are happy to have made it to Labor Day!  After thousands of Fishing Travel miles logged and great memories filling our picture folders, we're joyfully wrapping up summer in preparation for our favorite time of year...fall in Colorado.  Thank you for coming along with us on-line.  We've had many thousands of page visits in this, our first year of operation.  We're grateful for your strong support.

Big thanks to all of you who have planned your fishing vacations with us!

In celebration of the turning of the seasons, we traveled over Cottonwood Pass this holiday weekend for a private float-fishing trip on the Arkansas River.  Our FishingTravelNetwork.com trip included a stretch of the Ark' rated Class 4-5-plus at high water....yikes!  However, we found the waters running @ 300 cfs, the skies to be sweet blue bird, and the crowds of summer to be a non-issue.  We hope the pictures found on the FishCrestedButte.com home page do this place justice.

Fall fishing is a joyous rite of passage for those of us who call the Colorado Western Slope home.
Currently on the Gunnison River the fresh water salmon are running.  Don't wait to get in on this world-class fishing experience.  Call 970 349-7047 or contact us and we'll match you with one of our professional partner guides to get you in the fish fast!

Thanks for checking in today.  We'll see you out there.

Fish-on!
Mark
